This Tool is used to Find and Mark the barrel hole center on all Receivers (Magnum and Razor) Sold after 2/20/2011. It fits in the barrel support radius. You place it in the .940 radius and then tap the center steel pin to mark center of barrel hole. This will allow the builder to spot drill and then drill/ream out the .6875 barrel hole. All Receivers are sold with a drawing that calls out all holes including barrel hole location should you choose not to purchase the Barrel hole center finder and or Drill fixture. If you already have the older style GEN 4 - 7 Select Fire Drill fixture all you will need is the barrel hole Center Locator to locate barrel hole center on all receivers. If you purchase a Drill Fixture you do not need this part as the drill fixture has one built in to it..

	Better than 3 hands
	The regular razor receiver jig thoughtfully has a barrel hole locator on it but I bought this item as well because frankly, it is just too awkward to manipulate the jig's round hole locator over the receiver and hold it there while also trying to hold a 1/4" punch and hammer the punch mark onto the receiver blank. This little tool is more easily manipulated and held in place while striking with the hammer. A very worthwhile addition to the regular jig for the price- it is worth it to me.

	i knew i didn't need this wit the jig but i wanted it so i can make a nice punch mark on blank for drilling barrel since that is the part you really want to take your time on.

	Works like it should
	The barrel hole center punch jig works fine. You can just use the Razor jig to mark the same center spot it will just not leave a dimple in the receiver.

	Best platform out there. Working on the fourth and fifth custom rifles for my family. The new receivers are a bit of a departure from the previous version, but i like the changes. Tooling and materials are always top notch and make the final machining relatively easy if you take your time. the pricing structure makes this a great way to teach kids about firearms, how they work, are made and creating something of your own. Thanks for keeping this going Phil. We'll post pics once these are complete.

	Barrel Hole Centering jig
