Description
This part is designed to fit 8 inch Kitagawa CNC  Lathe Chucks. It bolts in the front of the chuck to protect the internal moving parts from metal chips. This part has a 2 inch fifty thousands through hole (2.050) to accommodate 2 inch bar stock. Part is made from steel. It is not welded. We designed it with a 3 ton press fit to gain as much clearance as possible in the bore. The Chip Cover comes with the required 3 retaining screws.
