Rockwell Commander Seat Roller Bearing

These are sold as (wall ornaments as they are Nonapproved parts for Certified Aircraft per the FAA).  With that said...  RT-253-163 Bearing shafts are turned to size on a manual lathe. The end that gets pressed into the bearing is knurled for a 1 ton press fit into the bearing. Shafts are made from O-1 Drill Rod for extra strength. Prior to shaft ends being press fit into the bearing they are also High Strength Loctite coated to assure they remain in place. The factory roll pin that prevents each shaft from falling out during installation was replaced with an E clip. A groove was machined in the shaft for the E-Clip for easy installation.  Each front seat requires 2 of these parts (4 parts total for both front seat forward rollers).
