( For Experimental Aircraft ) Vacuum Adapter Plate Assembly. This plate will fit all MA4 Carbureted Aircraft Engines. It is designed to take an balanced vacuum sample of all 4 cylinders and provide that information to the Electronic Ignition or vacuum gage. This plate eliminated the traditional single cylinder vacuum sampling that causes oil to be ingested into the vacuum line and instrument providing the data. Plate is made from 6061-T6 Aluminum .187 (3/16) thick. The sampling port is 1/8th inch OD stainless steel tubing. Vacuum plate fits between the sump and the carburetor. Two gaskets are required (one for each side of the plate. It can also be used with Lycoming and Ellison TBI units along with ROTEC TB if needed. Unit will fit all Lycoming 0320 updraft sump engines.
